Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Free Shipping will be sent via USPS ground
Domestic Shipping (US)
We ship via USPS. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3 to 7 business days after processing.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally via USPS to Canada only
CANADIAN ORDERS
Ënaml Theory ships to Canada via USPS First Class International through Pirateship.
Shipping Rate
Canada — $18.00 flat rate
Estimated Delivery Time
2 to 4 weeks from ship date. Delivery times are estimates only. Customs processing may cause additional delays outside of our control. Tracking updates may be limited once your package crosses the Canadian border.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Canadian customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and fees applicable in their province. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the Canada Border Services Agency upon delivery. Ënaml Theory has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact the Canada Border Services Agency or your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Canadian Sales Are Final
Due to the cost of international return shipping all Canadian orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Canadian orders. If your order arrives damaged please contact us at enamltheory@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to find a solution.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Ënaml Theory is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in Canadian customs. Once your package leaves our facility and enters the international mail system it is outside of our control.
